 Made in the same rich style as our 1999 Fly by Night Zinfandel, this wine shows intense fruit that is deep and complex. It tastes of ripe blackberry, brambleberry and fig with hints of exotic spices like cardamom and allspice, smoothed by a touch of vanilla.
The 2000 Fly by Night climbs out with a new closure - the Stelvin screw cap - to ensure the wine tastes exactly the way our winemaker intended. For those who prefer the traditional approach this vintage is also available in the classic cork closure.
